The new year brought a special surprise, as I was chosen to participate in a TEDx conference in Hyderabad, themed around ‘Silver Linings’. At the start, I was in a dilemma of what to talk about – after all, when given 10 minutes to present the many layers of your identity, even the most introspective individuals are stumped. From 13th to 18th November, I was immersed in the Focus hackathon at The Knowledge Society (TKS), a personal and professional accelerator program for teenagers around the world. Unique to most others, the hackathon had a much broader scope in terms of the problem being solved and the means to reach the solution. Close to 2 months ago, I joined my first virtual session at The Knowledge Society (TKS), joining nearly a thousand highly passionate and driven teenagers across the world. TKS is a 10-month-long innovation program that aims to accelerate the youth in their capacity to make a difference in society.
